Funeral Home Gifts is the premier provider of personalization products to death care providers throughout North America. We are currently seeking an experienced, goal-oriented sales/customer service manager to join and lead our organization in the next phase of our growth. In this position, you will oversee both the sales and customer service departments and coordinate sales distribution, quotas and goals. You should analyze sales statistics while encouraging your team to hit sales and activity targets and expand the company with new sales and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor and lead sales and customer service teams
Develop weekly, monthly quarterly and annual sales plans
Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads and follow up calls/meetings
Interact with sales and customer service staff, managers and executives to evaluate sales     strategy and results

Requirements and Qualifications:

Min. of 5 years previous experience in death care sales and/or customer service management
Verifiable sales results
Proficient computer skills
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
Exceptional interpersonal communications skills
